What are your Christmas preparations so far?

What are you doing in preparation for the Christmas season so far? Actually, we've set up our 4 year old Christmas tree at home. My son excitedly helped me decorate it especially now that our Christmas three motif is royal blue, his favorite color. Then, last payday, me and my girlfriends decided to go shopping for some gifts so we won't get too much affected by the last minute shoppers come December. Also not to get too shocked with the bill by doing it the one-time-big-time way. :D So I believe it does help us plan and budget the gifts we're giving this holiday. Have you done any preparations as of yet?

Re: Christmas preparations

I'll be giving birth on the 2nd week of January and we have been preparing for our baby's arrival and baby shower more than the holiday itself. LOL. Had our Christmas tree set up last Sept and also have a few decors too. Also, we've decided to have a baby shower on the 1st week of December. It's kinda late, I know, but I had some health issues during pregnancy on my 2nd trimester. But hubby and i think doing it on Christmas month will make it more special.

Congratulations Dalinda! What a way to celebrate your Christmas and New Year! Hope all is well in your pregnancy this winter.

As of the Christmas preps, we recently bought some silverware as my parents will be staying with us this coming holiday and I'll be the host. Dear mum will have no choice but to bring my cooking into her liking. Haha.

Lol. OTOH, my MIL will have to endure my pasta, but she loves my baking!

Good thing you guys are still able to prepare something. I'm getting pampered this Christmas, lol. Well, I'd bake some pies for sure.

BTW, congratulations Dalinda. Have a successful one!

I'm so happy for you! Tell me how did the baby shower go? I will have one on January. My EDD is on March.
