best lotion / cream for stretch marks

I am currently using Palmers Cocoa Butter to lessen any stretch marks that may appear and to make my skin more moisturized. I use it on my belly, breasts, arms and legs too. Any suggestions on more effective stretch mark creams? Thanks!

Have you tried Mama Mio Tummy Rub Stretch Mark Butter?

I'm planning to use Mustela. A little pricey, I think it's around $ 40, but it's one of the best. I'll use it when i hit my 2nd trimester.

Thanks for the responses ladies!! I have checked out Mustela, oooh, it's indeed pricey! :(

Have you heard about Sunflower Oil?

Yeah, it has been proven that Sunflower oil is great in lightening stretch marks too. Check out Human Heart Nature in the California area. The organic products are Philippine made. Their sunflower oil is also called a "miracle oil".

Good luck!

Bio Oil is getting great feedbacks really.

I have stretch marks (around my breasts and at the back of my legs) since high school and tanning cream worked well. It works great in covering up my stretch marks. It also stays for a couple of weeks. I might do this post-pregnancy too.

Wow, sounds wonderful. I have actually continued using the cocoa butter ever since. Now that I'll be giving birth anytime, I need something more light and a little unscented post-pregnancy so I'll definitely Google that Human Nature sunflower oil for sure! Thanks girl!

Human Nature looks great. Not sure though if we have it here in Melbourne or they ship to AUS.

From the looks of their website, I guess they're not. Aw, that's bad coz it seems that they have a great range of organic products. :(

Very good! Now I know what to use on my stretch marks which I'm pretty sure will be more evident post-partum. :(

Oh, I hope I could also find some sunflower oil in here. I have stretch marks on my butt, hips and at the back of my legs so I'd probably be getting one soon.

We're on the same shoes Edda! :( I'm currently experiencing the itch and the tingling sensation around my tummy area stretching.

Ugh! I've already given up on it! I've tried putting different types of oils, lotions but it's still there! It's frustrating!

Well... it doesn't really "disappear". I think it's more on softening the skin so it would be less visible...

My friend told me that Scar Zone is very effective in diminishing stretch marks.

Heard good things about it too. It's hereditary so I myself couldn't escape from those pesky marks.

Bio Oil is extremely effective. I've seen my colleague's stretch marks are now less obvious after 3 months of using it. It's just amazing! I'm so going to try it too.

In my case, it may only lessen or diminish. As I've said before it's on my genes so accepting it will also lessen my headaches. LOL! Thanks for sharing though. :)
