What kind of investment/thing do you plan after you give birth or in the future?

Investment- A townhouse (but still saving up for the down payment!)
Thing- an iPhone 5 (it's a shame I still don't have one, need to prepare for my delivery than that!)

After giving birth, hubby and I will look for a 2 to 3 bedroom condo in the metropolis. A rent-to-own condo. Very good initial investment while our family is still small. Will need to find a great realtor first! And when we say great, it does spell d-i-s-c-o-u-n-t!! :p

A car of my own would be amazing. Mercedes or BMW, I'm not choosy! lol.

Yeah, I've seen that on their website.. Hopefully we'll have our baby this year and I could go shopping for cutesy baby stuff!

I didn't buy a car seat yet but ended up having this! A nappy bag that doesn't look like one! Love it!

A parcel of land in the rural area... cheaper but will surely appreciate after a couple of years :)
