I agree. That's a good investment, if and only if, you're very much well acquainted with the technicalities of it. Practice and knowledge still is a determiner of success in forex.

I'm very much interested in real estate too especially with the buy-to-let method. That's a dream investment for me and my hubby! But we'll be putting that off now that our princess has just arrived. :)

We're all capable of doing that. It's "WHEN" that's the issue. We need to save up as much as we can for that dream to be fulfilled. Aaaahhh, better said than done! :p

So true, especially when our family gets bigger. But come to think of it, these investments are very ideal in boosting our earnings to support our getting bigger fam, right?
