OUCH!!!! painful pregnancy...

I'm on my 28th week and I'm telling you, this one's unbearable. Yes, I had GDM on my first baby the same as now but this 3rd trimester for my baby on the way is just too much. I know (and expected) that heaviness is expected, but this one is different coz I feel like baby is very, very heavy. The pressure doesn't only make me urinate frequently, but there's always a shooting pain comparable to that UTI symptom. I'm clear with UTI fortunately. Baby's movement is more frequent too. :(

Is this symptom normal? Feeling of extreme heaviness? Can you help me lessen the feeling of heaviness and pain? Of course sitting and lying down do lessen it, but my bottom and hips feel numb and getting those pins and needles.

Thank you.

Pregnancy varies Baha. I think it is normal given the fact that your baby is heavy, if her weight is really confirmed. But if you feel like the feeling is just "heavy" in general, then you have to tell this to your OB. I'm a bit worried on the extreme shooting pain you're having though. But before heading off to the doctor, you might wanna do some stretching and a little exercise so as to lessen your back pains when sitting or lying.

Oh, I'm not sure coz this is my first pregnancy but I strongly suggest you seeing your doctor given that you've got quite a number of symptoms. Take care Baha, and we hope everything is just fine.

Go see a doctor asap. It would be wiser to do so.

Thanks for the comments! At first my OB thought it's more of a UTI so I had to undergo a urinalysis. It was negative. Then she told me there's nothing wrong with me. It could be just about my tolerance to pain on this pregnancy. She asked me to go on a frequent relaxation and better to just rest at home. I could do some exercises, like stretching and stuff, without really leaving home. The pain does stem whenever I walk or stand for a long time.

Nice to hear that you're fine.
In my case I'm still in my first trimester, but I'm already feeling the pains of pregnancy... :(

You have to take it easy. Relax and stay away from doing heavy stuff.

Now you're expecting that your cutesy baby will come out anytime, I've realized that whatever pregnancy challenges we had during pregancy are all worth it. Wishing you a successful delivery Baha.
