Now I'm craving for Mac and Cheese! Good thing I just had my Humulin shot so I don't need to worry about my glucose levels shooting up due to this sinful pasta! :p Yum! :p

Good health is one of the main factor for both baby and mother with proper nutrition during pregnancy time. One should consume things like fresh leafy vegetables, fruits, bread, cereals and grains, nuts, dry beans and pluses and all milk products.

You're right. But sometimes we just want to binge on whatever our taste buds take us.:p

Creativity is very much essential during pregnancy. Why not add some home-made jams onto your favourite wheat bread, put some non-fat whipped cream over a bowl of your favourite fruits or binge on frozen yoghurt? They're equally nutritional and incredibly much more fun and yummy.

I agree, that's a good idea, though be very careful coz even fructose or the sugar derived from fruits can make your sugar levels shoot up and increase the risk of gestational diabetes.

I agree. Even with Stevia and other organic/natural sweeteners the amount of consumption should be always taken into consideration.
