I'm currently breastfeeding and I couldn't overemphasize enough how beneficial it is to my baby's health and to the bond between us. Just make sure to have breast exercises right after so your breasts won't sag. But the good thing is that they'll get bigger. Sexy! :p

And the regular use of firming lotions will do the trick too! :)

I second Dalinda. It's just that some need the aid of formula milk due to time, work and breastmilk production factors.
