Is severe nausea dangerous?

I am one month pregnant, and feel so nauseated that I can hardly eat anything. Can it be something dangerous?

Re: Is severe nausea dangerous?

Nausea, also known as morning sickness, is generally not dangerous. It usually becomes dangerous only when one, because of it, is unable to drink enough fluids or eat adequately. Nausea is worst during the starting phases of pregnancy and subsides by the time one hits the second trimester. So, it should get alright soon.
