I just relax at home, listen to some R&B or Pop music. Watch movies and just chill. That's how I relax now that I'm pregnant. Couldn't do anything other than that now that baby's getting bigger and heavier each day.

An alone time like once every week or 2. It clears my mind and make me feel more relaxed. It does help big time in making huge decisions and a great prelude in making plans ahead. :)

Though it's not free, it's 2.99, I always get a good start in sleeping with this app. My friend who's 3 months pregnant.
