That is why I now go to yoga one for my weekly dose of yoga! I know it'll pay off soon and we're going to have another baby. That's keeping the faith! :)

Does it really help in aiding conception? All I know is that Yoga will help me become more fit. If that's the case then I'd better head off to get enrolled. :)

@ Dalinda and Fanny - Thanks ladies! Got my period after thinking that I was pregnant due to a delay so those are just the right words I need to keep going now.

I like that! So applicable not only to pregnancy but to instances when we fail on our goals.
