90 day egg health

I've just read in the internet that to help the ovaries/egg become healthy you should have to make sure that you monitor the following in a span of 90 days:

Blood Flow
Proper oxygenation
Hormonal Balance
Nutritional intake
Stress

@ Fanny - I guess so. Or it could be having normal oxygen levels on your blood which comes from proper breathing.

That is why I now go to yoga one for my weekly dose of yoga! I know it'll pay off soon and we're going to have another baby. That's keeping the faith! :)

Does it really help in aiding conception? All I know is that Yoga will help me become more fit. If that's the case then I'd better head off to get enrolled. :)

I like that! So applicable not only to pregnancy but to instances when we fail on our goals.
