Wearing girdles after giving birth!
 

I've heard that wearing girdles after giving birth really helps to avoid sagging on the tummy area. This might be helpful to those who just gave birth in this forum!

Yes, most women are advised by their gynecologists to wear these after birth. I've worn binders too after giving birth.

Yes it's much advisable to wear binders a couple of months after giving birth because it compresses the abdomen thus helping the internal parts of our tummy go back to its original position before getting pregnant.

It'll be my first time wearing binders when I give birth soon so it might give me an odd feeling.

I'm wearing binders now but next month I'll be wearing girdles already. They're more comfortable than binders.

I've only worn them a couple of months after giving birth. They're uncomfortable! :mad:

Yep! I wore them too and I say it helped me avoid having a saggy tummy :D
