Wearing girdles after giving birth!
 

I've heard that wearing girdles after giving birth really helps to avoid sagging on the tummy area. This might be helpful to those who just gave birth in this forum!

Yes, most women are advised by their gynecologists to wear these after birth. I've worn binders too after giving birth.

Yes it's much advisable to wear binders a couple of months after giving birth because it compresses the abdomen thus helping the internal parts of our tummy go back to its original position before getting pregnant.

It'll be my first time wearing binders when I give birth soon so it might give me an odd feeling.

I'm wearing binders now but next month I'll be wearing girdles already. They're more comfortable than binders.

I've only worn them a couple of months after giving birth. They're uncomfortable! :mad:

I wear girdles like a month after giving birth and also on cocktail parties where I have to wear body-hugging dresses. So helpful, eh? :)

Not a fan of binders. Probably a panty-like girdle if it's extremely needed!

I am now and it helped my wound to heal fast and also to make my waist a bit slimmer, haha! Illusion?!!

Glad it worked for you! Well, wearing girdles is very helpful after childbirth, especially after having a CS one.
