When are the best times to get pregnant?
 

Do you know or have you heard of the best times of the day or month to make a baby thus getting pregnant easily?

I think it's around 2 weeks after your period. We put this on practise before and we made it!!

I second Edda. That's the estimated time of your ovulation and for us the time for extra protection. Family planning it is!

For me, it's DTD 5 days before and 5 days after the period. But if you're having an irregular menstrual cycle then it's difficult to set an ideal period so you might as well doing it each day! I'm sure, your partner wouldn't mind. ;)

Oh, we just couldn't afford another pregnancy that early! Surely, that is what we're gonna practice in the next 5 years. CONTROL! :)

Same here. But 5 years is quite a long wait for us. Probably 2 to 3 years is fine.

Actually, it's 10 days from the start of your regular period. Ovulation varies and there are women who ovulate even during their period! As for me, I just do it 5 days before and after the period so as to be sure. But I'm contemplating on changing it as the long wait makes me feel frustrated these days. :(

Oh, thanks for the replies ladies. I figured, this varies amongst women I should say. Gosh, it's just difficult to hit it right there and then!

Indeed it does. My period is regular and I could track my ovulation but due to the blockage, conception is effing challenging!

Don't worry dear, it'll pass. Just go on with you and your hubby trying to fix the issue and I know for sure that you'll have your baby... Or babies? Who knows if you're posting on the "Multiple Births" thread eventually! :)

That's so right! Others who are ready for parents not yet being one and me and my beau who were still struggling found out that we were baking- so ironic.
