Keep them coming! :)

No worries, glad we could be of help to our existing members and to our soon to be ones!

I've used a binder a couple of months after delivery and had to take some fiber supplements to aid my bowel movement as being constipated is strictly a no-no after getting CS'd. Basically cleaning it everyday and putting some Betadine onto it after each dressing change.

It really feels weird at first. It's as if my tummy was hollow, haha! But yes, we can do some light activities afterwards. It's so much better to move as it improves your condition, rather than getting stuck on the bed.

Yes, it's weird at first but it's the best chance to have a tummy tuck after the procedure.
