LOL! Yes, those "colorful baby TV programs" with tunes and songs that stick like peanut butter on your brain! :D (sometimes I even unconsciously hum them at work)

I think so too... I guess it stimulates their senses more :) otherwise they wouldn't be having fun with those crazy colorful baby TV programs :p
