It's giving birth in a tub of water. Some say water birth is less painful. Others also agree that this is the most relaxing way of giving birth.

I think it's just a typo of Non-Recumbent birth position. I heard it's like squatting. Never knew anyone who has tried it though.

Home birth is ideal if your previous pregnancies were vaginal birth. Although I find this one a little scary because what if there are childbirth complications? The lack of the facilities at home...
