Default Aptamil

Mum says breastfeeding is the best.
But for those who have little breastmilk or for those mums who have twins and can't give enough, APTAMIL is a good formula milk.

I breastfed for a couple of years and used Nan 1 (but very seldom) when I miss breastfeeding, like when I was hospitalized and couldn't pump for my baby. Nan1 is just great especially for my son's tummy.

Maternity Milk - Similac Mom (but I had to ship them from Canada as there's none at US)

Formula Milk - Nan 1 and 2

Gotta ask my obstetrician for that one. Looks like yumminess and nutrients in a pack! Thanks!

Great idea! But mum says that whatever milk you prefer to give your baby isn't always the option coz there are times that no matter how good a formula milk's reviews are if it upsets the baby's tummy then you need to have another option. It's always the baby that dictates if it complements her or not.

Thanks for the enlightenment ladies! I'm contemplating on whether or not to go breastfeeding as I don't want to have saggy breasts so there...

I'm currently breastfeeding and I couldn't overemphasize enough how beneficial it is to my baby's health and to the bond between us. Just make sure to have breast exercises right after so your breasts won't sag. But the good thing is that they'll get bigger. Sexy!

And the regular use of firming lotions will do the trick too!

I second Dalinda. It's just that some need the aid of formula milk due to time, work and breastmilk production factors.
