Vaccines which are not safe during pregnancy

Vaccines with killed viruses are safe during pregnancy.
While those with live viruses are very dangerous for pregnant moms.
Vax with killed viruses are Flu shot, Tdap, Hepa etc...
Vax with live viruses like Measles and Varicella shots are a no-no.

It is best to discuss things concerning immunizations with your practitioner. He or she is the best person to assure you if what's good or not for you and your unborn baby.

Chickenpox or Varicella and Zoster are very much a no-no when preggy.

I've heard that the seasonal flu is ok but the H1N1 shot has reportedly caused stillbirths and miscarriages to some pregnant women. Discuss this with your GP so you'll know what to do.

Had my flu shots too a few months ago to keep me protected while I'm pregnant.

Yup, they are. I got em when I was pregnant and fortunately baby's doing ok.
