My OB told me that regardless of how fit and healthy a woman may be, her eggs will surely decline with age. Being healthy will give you a healthy pregnancy, but it's no way related to fertility. I still believe that eating little and maintaining the right blood sugar levels will avoid too much adrenalin. Adrenalins block progesterone. The more adrenalin present, the less chances of getting pregnant may occur.
If you are religious, I have read on the internet that there are places where devout Catholics go for a pilgrimage or something. Personally, I doubt if it works.
