I'm cutting the sugars off my diet now that I'm pregnant and ready to give birth soon. I'm wondering, is Stevia ok for pregnant moms like me? I know that it's a natural sweetener, but is everything natural good for expecting moms? Just a thought...

That I'm not sure of. All I know is that Stevia is a natural sweetener and is also used to prevent pregnancies.

I guess it's fine in moderation. Be very careful in what you eat, whether it's a natural or an organic one as there are complications rooted in being overweight while pregnant.

I often hear Stevia among my friends who go on a diet. It's good I guess as it's natural. If it's natural then perhaps it's safe for you being pregnant and all. Just my two cents.
