Can cramps lead to miscarriage?

I am in early stages of my pregnancy and am having cramps. Can it mean a possible miscarriage?

You don’t have to normally worry about the cramps, as they are very common. If cramps are not accompanied with bleeding, then it is very rare for cramps to indicate any serious problem, and if they do, then you should immediately consult your doctor.
