Staying up late... Is it bad for the baby?

I'm curious. Is staying up late at night really that bad for the baby? I've got graveyard shifts thrice a week. Usually, I have to stay at work until 4 am. I do get enough sleep in the morning...

My OB says be very careful with preggy exercises as if you get too tired, your baby might not get enough oxygen. It's knowing when to stop. Not really a fan of specific preggy exercises, but I'll try...
