Several months after giving birth, I figured that this is a type of sleeplessness that doesn't resemble that of insomnia. This is sleeplessness from having too much task to fulfill! So relatable!
Well, I believe it's both. Sort of a hormonal thing and getting overwhelmed with lots of tasks to finish!
