Thank you for this info. I just wonder how to achieve the Proper Oxygenation. Is this the same as having proper breathing or something?

@ Fanny - I guess so. Or it could be having normal oxygen levels on your blood which comes from proper breathing.

That is why I now go to yoga one for my weekly dose of yoga! I know it'll pay off soon and we're going to have another baby. That's keeping the faith!

Does it really help in aiding conception? All I know is that Yoga will help me become more fit. If that's the case then I'd better head off to get enrolled.
