In my case, I still prefer a vaginal delivery. But if I have to choose between a non-recumbent over water birth, I'd choose the latter!
Looks effing painful but very interesting. Childbirth for a change.

Uh-huh, I have a super low threshold for pain as well so I could have gotten unconscious if I opted for this. But kudos to Gisele and Charlotte!

I bet, it's a painful childbirth! I mean, would you be able to have some anaesthesia during the non recumbent method?

I think they have an option for an epidural in this case.
