Default Is ibuprofen safe during pregnancy?

I had a headache last Sunday due to several things (one of them is my EDEMA! UGH!). I was about to grab my ibuprofen from the med cabinet and good thing I didn't take it. I got worried on that moment that it might harm my baby. So what are your thoughts about this? Is it safe during pregnancy? What other medicine/natural ways could you recommend if I have a headache or feel dizzy?

Thanks!

Sorry but being on a TTC still, I don't have any idea at all on this. But all I could advise you is it's better not to take one for your baby's safety. Take some rest. Pause for a while. Relax when you feel like indisposed.

Tylenol could be safely taken during pregnancy. Ibuprofen is very dangerous to the unborn baby.

Ooh, never thought that Ibuprofen is bloody dangerous to the unborn baby. Yikes.

Good thing I didn't take one. Taking meds now that I'm pregnant isn't my thing unless the pain is intolerable like when I had a UTI and my doctor prescribed.

It is very dangerous to your baby. Don't ever think about taking any meds right there and then without consulting your gynecologist. Be extra careful now that you're pregnant dear.

It's one of the meds my gynecologist has warned me about.

Ooh, it's only just now that I've confirmed that this med is certainly a no-no for preggy mums.
