I just relax at home, listen to some R&B or Pop music. Watch movies and just chill. That's how I relax now that I'm pregnant. Couldn't do anything other than that now that baby's getting bigger and heavier each day.

An alone time like once every week or 2. It clears my mind and make me feel more relaxed. It does help big time in making huge decisions and a great prelude in making plans ahead.

I agree with Gaetana that singing certainly IS therapeutic.

Yeah, for me it's the same way too. Not sure though if it is for others. LOL.

It is highly suggested that busy moms like us to get a pampering and our very own "ME" time once a week to keep our sanity intact. LOL!

Yeah it's true! Especially with the pressures at work at home and top it off with some community service, it's very much helpful to de-stress and get pampered for once a week.

A walk or a run in the park does me good... Fresh air... wind... it clears the mind...

Try the app Positive Pregnancy.
Though it's not free, it's 2.99, I always get a good start in sleeping with this app. My friend who's 3 months pregnant. Also says this app helps her relax and look on the positive side of her pregnancy after knowing that she got pregnant by her bf who happens to be married.

Not only during pregnancy but when I get extremely stressed at work. Where do I sing aloud? At the lift when I'm alone. Haha!
