Default Morning Sickness getting worse. HELP!

I'm in my 1st trimester and started having morning sickness just last week. I had to go on a 1 week leave because I can't seem to get up and fix myself to go to work. My OB says it's natural. Mom says to just be patient. My Mom-in-law says the same. Hubby tells me soon it'll be over. But the thing is I'm so fed up of ginger crackers to at least lessen it. What should I do? Any tips are welcome. Thanks.

Drink some licorice team. It will calm you and helps with the morning sickness. You can visit a herbalist as well and ask for aniseed, lemon balm, or aniseed, they are supposed to help.

R E L A X, it's really they key. Go to your favorite couch, curl up on your favorite side. REST a lot. Physical stress actually make the morning sickness worse

Take some vitamin B6, can be bought in the pharmacy. It is said to decrease vomiting.

Try drinking a warm milk in the morning. That's all I had to do when morning sickness sets in when preggy with my first.

For 4 days my morning sickness has lessened, thanks to this beverage, it did help me! Found it here:
JUICE TO LESSEN QUEASINESS



To combat queasiness, try popsicles, dry toast, ginger ale and citrus-flavored water.

1 knob unpeeled raw ginger (about 3-4 inches), scrubbed and cut into 1/4-inch slices

1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

3 tablespoons organic honey

8 ounces sparkling mineral water


To make syrup, place ginger and lime juice in a small saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil. Cook uncovered until juice is reduced by one-quarter, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove from heat, cover pan and allow ginger to steep for 20 minutes. Strain liquid and discard ginger. Stir in honey; place syrup in a glass jar and refrigerate until ready to use. (Yields about 3⁄4 cup.)

Put ice in a 12-ounce glass. Add mineral water and 2 tablespoons syrup. Stir and drink immediately.

Glad to know you're feeling much better dear. I believe a warm milk and an ice cold lemonade works so I agree with what you've just posted.

Stay away from those scents and smells that you find disgusting. That way you lessen the feeling of queasiness too. Keeping your house, especially the rooms well ventilated too. I believe it could help as well.

Another tip is gargling mouthwash after vomiting. This helps in removing any after taste that may induce vomiting later on.
