Sleepless after giving birth!

I just gave birth like weeks ago and now I'm just sleepless... T_T Everybody's helping out but I feel like I am really tired... Not sure if I should still be posting here since I am not pregnant anymore but... anyhow here I am. I guess it's still part of the pregnancy journey.

As to your sleeplessness, you can chat with us anytime! As long as you're not compromising your health and that of your quality time with your baby then we're here for you.

Oh thank you so much! That is sooo sweet of you! I feel a bit better just "saying" it... my emotions that is.

I'm having a lot of quality time my baby and I am very happy with him! Sometimes. I just feel like I am just tired and not coping up. I mean... the late night crying... taking care of him... It's demanding but worth it.

Well... the excitement is already starting to go... but yeah, I do a lot of staring and cuddling! ^^ I love the little one soooo much! hehe

Why don't you have some "me-time"? Go to a spa or something? Or perhaps a walk in the park to breathe a little? Don't worry too much. Once you get used to things and form out a schedule or something, you will be feel better!

Just a thought, if you feel like you're helpless and you're getting overwhelmed with the sudden attack of responsibility, despite of course of the usual taking turns of you and your hubby, ask your mom, MIL, a relative or friend for an extra hand so you won't get uber exhausted. My mom warns me of baby blues after giving birth so if you think that you need some help then go ahead and ask.

Awww... you are so right there! My parents sometimes do take their turns on taking care of my baby when I have to go out and do the grocery or something. But that's about it. I do not want to demand help from anybody... but I guess I have to now.
