I still feel that this is the best option for those who are having a hard time conceiving compared to some natural remedies, IMO.

Sadly, these doesn't guarantee a successful one.

Why not combining the East and West methods to ensure that you're hitting it the right way?

Yeah, that's a good idea but I bet it's the most expensive path...
