I've noticed since last week that I've been having leg cramps lately. The cramping usually starts in the morning of everyday! It hurts me big time! What I do to lessen it stretch my legs and let DH massage it. But recently, it's getting worse. Not only does it happen in the mornings but anytime of the day. I cramp like 2-3x a day. Not fun. Any tips on how to avoid/lessen it? Thanks!
Gaetana is right. I had cramps last December and my obstetrician prescribed me a calcium and magnesium supplement. They are like magic! The cramping happens "once in a blue moon" now thankfully.
Indeed it's no fun. I love to swim and when I usually get cramps I feel like it's the end of the world. Then how much more during pregnancy? But I think light exercises will do the job. I guess I'm on my way to cramping now... But I hope I could deal with it.
