Check out the The American Fertility Association Abana. Probably, they'll ask for your state and they'll recommend one near you. I haven't tried registering on it as of yet though but it's recommended by a friend.

Thanks for the suggestion! Haven't checked them out as of yet but will later this year if, and only if, (knocks on wood) our DTD were put in vain!

Oh, quick question, are infertility treatments usually covered by health insurance companies?
