Yup! My doctor also advised me several years ago to avoid this as it gave me palpitations. So the decaf ones are our best friends now!

But if it's one of the factors that contribute to my difficulty in getting pregnant, I sure will give it up!

Yup! No pain no gain! It's easier than giving up smoking I should say.
