The usual cleansing of wound plus be extra careful of your health, like avoiding getting constipated and having serious cough as these aren't good for...

Soft cloth first then transitioned to a small fun toothbrush with extra soft bristles.

I agree with Abana. Be extra careful in putting toothpaste no matter how low-flouride based it is.

Laying my baby across my lap. It really depends on which position you and your baby are the most comfortable with. I find burping her while pressing her on my shoulder really difficult.
