I believe sodas are addictive. That is, when you've stopped drinking them your appetite for them goes down. Try to find a healthier and more natural alternative. Yes, sweets should be eaten in capital "Moderation" but I'd go for the sweets that are natural rather than yummy treats that are oozing with preservatives- it's a "lose-lose" situation.

You're right. Craving for it once in a while is fine I believe. But better not to while pregnant. It's hard but come to think of it, it's just 9 months of being on "extra" healthy living.

The cravings actually made me cranky (I need to have them!) I think it's more of a torture on hubbies than us

But thinking that our kids depend on us, we couldn't avoid taking care of ourselves as well- all for them!
